Puiia Lumber Company

Note: The store has recently changed hands (it's not called Puia anymore), and I really hope it stays the same, but my review is based on the past couple of years, not the past couple of months, when I haven't been there very often. ... Lumber prices comparable to big box stores, extremely helpful and friendly staff. They also have a really wide selection of hardware store items, way, way more than it looks like the store would hold when viewed from outside, everything from electrical and plumbing to dowels and chains. I'm in there every other week or so, and I've never had a bad experience.

Silly anti vaccine propaganda on thier entry door matches the employees talking to you while eating at the counter, or complaining about not having "american" on the box while helping you. Fair price on lumber. Yard staff is always pleasant and very willing to help. Great selection of materials, just no reason to blast thier political views at thier customers.
