On March 1st I called Patricia Rier Agency to update a change in my car insurance policy through Travelers. I left phone msgs and messages on their website. They have no FB page. No reply. I explained in the multiple messages that I needed the 2006 Toyota Sienna dropped from the policy and the 2004 Chevy silverado left with it's current liability coverage.
I used the correct number as the answering machine identified Rier agency and a ":Cheryl" by name. The msgs were received but never responded to..
A week ago I got a new insurance bill with no changes ever made. I went online to Travelers and updated the policy which I will do myself from now on; as no one responds from the Rier Agency office. Hopefully the next bill will reflect the change.
In summary I've been billed for about a months coverage of a vehicle I had requested removed from the policy on March 1st but never was done on their end.
If I sill haver problems I'll call Travelers myself. I have informed them of this neglect of customer service. The problem is that when anyone calls the number on the insurance card it says that Rier's preferred be called directly". ; for what good it does. I don't recommend Patricia rie Insurance to anyone
