        Contracted with owner to fill in cracks and Sealcoat parking area at a condominium. Less than 6 months later the coating completely wore off over several sections. We met to discuss this and owner (Norman) initially stated the plow scraped off the area although there were no scrape marks on several of the areas. Later he agreed that he couldnt blame me for not being satisfied with the job but indicated this (fading) happens sometimes and he didnt know why. When I asked what he could do to correct the situation he stated well Im not going to give you a free sealing job and indicated again that this just happens sometimes. We were not satisfied with the quality of the job or his response. Nothing was done to rectify the problem.

        SAVED MY DRIVEWAY! Norm and his crew saved my drive. I had a huge area that I did not think could be salvaged and the cut it out and replaced it with new asphalt. (At a reasonable price , I might add)Then they seal coated the rest of my driveway and it looks Amazing! Thank you Tough Seal.
