Hi Rachael,It looks like you were involved in a minor auto accident with one of our customers. I’m sorry you’re unhappy with how this claim was handled on our end. We strive to provide top-notch customer service so we take this very seriously. We were made aware of the claim on 05/23/2022 and immediately contacted our customer’s insurance company to report the claim. Over the next 9 business days your claims adjuster and ours discussed the damages to your vehicle and payment was issued on 06/03/2022. We then got notified by you on 09/01/2022 that you need a rental car while your car gets fixed. We immediately contacted our claims adjuster to get this taken care of for you. Our claims adjuster reached out to your claims adjuster and left a message to confirm whether you had rental car coverage or not. There was no response from your claims adjuster over the next 5 business days. You then called on 09/12/2022 to follow up, and after confirming that you didn’t have rental car coverage our claims adjuster issued payment that very same day. I understand how the claims process can be frustrating, and I hope this explanation brings some clarity to the situation.-John Bilodeau

Hi Manuel,It looks like we weren’t able to start the policies we quoted for you due to insurance moratoriums put into place for Hurricane Henri. The insurance companies would not allow us to start new policies or make any changes until the Hurricane had past. With Customer Service being our #1 priority we take concerns like yours very seriously.
