MAS Medical Staffing

At first the company was ok to work for. My only complaint is this is agency. The point of agency is you pick up what/ when you want. I would constantly receive phone calls of them trying to get me to work. I made it very clear I had another job I worked at also and MAS was a second choice. I eventually just stopped answering their calls. And if you have kids that get sick beware. They are not very forgiving with their call out policy!

I have had many jobs over the years as a cna... but mas is by far the most flexible and best paying place I've ever worked! Not to mention my favorite thing.. their point system where you can earn all kinds of cool stuff.. I'm saving for a cruise currently!! I highly reccomend this to anyone looking for a great place to work as a cna pss dsp Bhp etc!

When I worked for MAS they treated me well initially although many coworkers complained. On my end I had my contract bought out for a few thousand dollars, which was flattering! Fast forward a couple of years and I recently went to return to MAS for some extra shifts while in Nursing school. After my initial interviews and beginning the hiring process their HR Sarah Britton out of NH completely ghosted me which is not only unprofessional but hurtfu after she spoke with me like they cared and would be happy to have me, were so concerned about the people they take care of that they needed the extea help as such.They came off as so genuine but apparently are more on the fake side. Healthcare is so difficult, they never keep the good ones and wonder why they're so short staffed. MAS isn't the worst but could do SO much better. Remember your worth and stay vigilant, my friends! Well, my degree is obtained quite shortly and I won't be sticking with MAS! Best of luck to an uncaring and inattentive place like this.
