I cannot believe what just happened! At 9:10 this morning, 10 minutes after this office opened, the manager saw me walking up to the door while he was on his phone in the parking lot, and drove off! The sign posted on the door said that he was "running to the bank ". I repeat, he watched me walk up to the door, and instead of assisting me, he drove off!!!!!

I purchased a case from another place that was stretching out and came to this verizon on sabattus street to get a new case. I had been to your store when it first opened and had a less than good experience but at the b2b show a verizon person gave me a card to get 10 dollars off. So I went there and bought a trident case. I have had it probably for 3 months and it has stretched out in a way that it is very hard to plug the adapter in the slot. I went in there today and was told it was broken. So I asked how did it break and the rep said "well I wouldn't know it's not my case" I think this was rude and I don't see where it is broken just stretched out because it is not a good product. For the second time I am done with this store. All they seem to care about is money.
