Just go. From the great staff (yes Colleen I mean you) to the exceptionally clean and very cute rooms! King beds were heaven!! Yesss get the gacuzzi because ya can. And just lean in...to everything this lovely hotel offers. Thanks for still remembering great customer service -these times have sucked the life out of a smile. Cheers

My usual hotel choice when vacationing in Kennebunkport. Although bit outdated, it provides quick access to local attractions and beach.

Extremely comfortable room and bed, great location, helpful staff. We came to Kennebunkport for our first trip and loved everything about our stay. Would definitely recommend for a couple visiting for a few days. Third floor rooms have the jacuzzi but there is no elevator if you decide to stay up there. Didn’t bother us! We loved it

Stayed 5 nites this summer of 2021 after having to cancel in 2020 due to the pandemic. Thanks to the management for refunding that deposit in a reasonable time considering the impact to them! We thanked the owner! The room was comfortable and nice having a small refrigerator. Plenty of parking, an outdoor seating area and although no breakfast available, there was hot coffee and microwave available in the indoor seating area. Staff was great and the location was perfect to walk downtown. Will be back again!
