        Looking to more than double the size of our house to 3k+ sq ft. KW was recommended due to initial architect unable to take new clients due to Covid. Reached out to KW and had a pleasant conversation. Upon their review of our location, however, we were told that our house was too small of a project for them to take on and were told their minimum charge, which was honestly far below what we budgeted. I called and left a voicemail trying to explain what we were trying to do, but never got a call back. Would not recommend.
