This is by far one of the worst hospitals I have ever worked at. The staff only care about covering their own backs. There is zero support for oncoming employees. They offer little to no emotional support for the nurses who have spent the last 2 years working through COVID. Some physicians actually tell patients they cannot get out of bed, which is HIGHLY unethical considering their diagnoses. I was manipulated, verbally abused, threatened, and chased in the parking lot by administration. I composed a certified letter to the CEO after leaving the company, asking for a formal apology, and not a word back. Supervisors are incompetent and passive aggressive, and the worst part is that these behaviors are allowed and supported. Therapy staff was the most unsupportive, backstabbing, rude, immature, and incompetent I have met in my experience working in many hospitals across the country. Coming from out of state, I put a lot of trust in this place to deliver a certain level of employment, and it dropped the ball. Sir, if these are the things you are going to allow your company to do, the fault falls back on you as a novice CEO. 10/10 do not recommend.

Most of the staff was really good except one. I had to walk myself out of the emergency room dizzy, no shoes and weak. I was told to get out of the room. My ride wasn't even there yet. Never been to any hospital that they didn't wheel you out.
