I wish I could give 2.5 stars as that feels more accurate. This place is slightly below "meh". I went at lunch with one other person. There was nobody around so we stood waiting to be seated. Another customer strolled up to the bar and asked if we'd seen the waitress and then said he might soon "pour his own beer". Shortly thereafter the waitress did appear and indicated we could have seated ourselves all along. A sign that indicated that would have been helpful. Our experience with the waitress was fine. She was helpful and fairly efficient considering she was the only staff I saw the entire time I was there. As far as the food was concerned I didn't go in expecting great food just standard pub fair. The food, however, was not up to my low expectations. The "pulled pork" sandwich I got was sickly sweet drowned in BBQ sauce and the amount of "homemade coleslaw" topping it was comical. Maybe a tablespoon? My companion reported his steak and cheese sandwich was "ok" and that the onion rings had virtually no flavor. Upon leaving my companion summed up my feelings pretty well..."Well, we tried that no need to ever come back." In a town with several much higher quality restaurants at the same price point within walking distance I can't recommend this place unless you're desperate to avoid parallel parking down the street.

Really great place. The food is good, the atmosphere is warm and friendly, the music is great and the prices are a good value for what you get. Try the hard cider on tap, you'll be glad you did.
