        The most expensive propane supplier in the area. They take advantage of customers on autopay to overcharge. On 1/17/24 I was charged $4.13 per gallon for propane, similar suppliers quoted me well under $3 for similar usage.

        Called twice yesterday to get propane. Was told at second call it'd be delivered next day or day after. Then come to find out, it was never processed and I am now sitting here just waiting for propane to run out and my generator to kick off....completely upset with how much worse they made things rather than helped.

We know that some companies are prepared to sell at lower prices, sometimes below market, to obtain new business. To make sure you’re comparing the right rates, find out if the rate quoted is introductory, seasonal, floating or fixed. Also, not all companies offer the same level of emergency services, safety programs, and contingency supply plans during service disruptions.
