        I've been working literally next door to Guilford House of Pizza off and on for a couple of years now and have enjoyed going in for an occasional nacho plate or salad ... but I never thought to ask if a gluten free pizza was available ... until yesterday ... and the owner tells me she isn't advertising it yet ... still researching the best GF crust ... but she graciously made me a pizza with one of the trial crusts ... I agree, the crust isn't "there" yet but the pizza and just all round very nice people behind the counter are special.
