Just from one experience with one staff member, I would never bring my dog here. I walked to the back of the parking lot to look at animals in the field without realizing the dogs outside could see me. As soon as the dogs barked I walked back to my car (had been at the Gray-New Gloucester Animal Hospital) when a staff member came out angrily telling me not to walk past the privacy fence. She was unprofessional and rude. The dogs had already been barking and stopped before I accidentally came into their view, and I quickly moved away when they saw me. If this is how the staff talks to people, I cant imagine how they stay in business.

I am not going to get into great detail here, but the verbal communication from this facility hinges on childish. They were rude, unable to be flexible, bashed my vet for no reason other than their own personal conflicts, and were adamant in their stance. I politely expressed my concerns, they would not budge. I am not one to harbor a grudge just need some dog day care. Wouldnt send a field mouse here.
