        I ended up putting the guys a bit behind the 8 ball by not calling ahead first, and the place was empty. Had to wait for someone to open the gate and get my car out, which he did very promptly upon arrival. 4 stars instead of five though, because if my car got towed by the city to make room for snow removal efforts, the last thing I want to hear is that you did me a favor by digging it out to tow it. Yeah I could have spent half an hour digging it out myself and that might have sucked but I wouldn't pay anyone 85 bucks to do that and then bring it somewhere else to lock it up outside my reach.

        Wish I didn't even have to give one star. Damage was done to my front lawn in early april when a CGT driver was picking up vehicles across the street from me. After several weeks of calls to CGT requesting they repair the damage, I have still not had a return call. Seems there is no respect or integrity here.
