I'm on auto delivery and have been before my neighbor upstairs. .. they say that they know that they are suppose to deliver the same time but keep on not delivering when they come to deliver upstairs and ending up with a bigger bill compared to what it would be if they just delivered at the same time.....I feel helpless....

Really gave me the run around on delivery time. They should be able to make a schedule and stick to it. They told me a day 3 separate times and didn't show up each day. The office person who answer the phones were rude and unhelpful.

I have had B&L propane for a little over 2 years now and until now I had no complaints. I am a disabled Iraq war veteran who has been struggling for months now to come up with some money to get propane for heat and hot water. This company was aware that I was trying to get financial help cause 2 weeks ago they sent me an email on request of the current price per gallon on a company letter head. Thanks to my daughter, I received propane today but at the expense of $150 emergency delivery fee. I was a truck driver and have never been paid $150 an hour for 20 minutes of work. I can understand an emergency fee of maybe $50 for labor and fuel cost, but come on. Looks like I need to find a new supplier. Sincerely disheartened war veteran

Showed up at two forty five left five minutes later saying it was a bunch of broken pipes. Wasnt the case. Needed a blow drier. No broken pipes. Was only supposed to be gone ten min fryeburg to Lovell. No consideration of my three year old and waited until 730 pm when it was too late to call someone else. Wow. Can someone please open another heating service out this way so good people stop getting taken advantage off. They took the 800 dollar payment before the work though. Wow.

Reached out for boiler services. Was turned away because I hadn't purchased the oil through them.
