      image This facility won't offer Silver Sneakers so I wonder what they offer for senior citizens.

This program ensures equity by providing financial support for people based on their income vs age or membership in a group. You can learn more about our Financial Assistance here: https://www.ymcaofsouthernmaine.org/rates. And as a members of the YMCA of Southern Maine you are invited to use any of our branches in Biddeford, Portland, and Freeport.

      image Is this a liberal gym only?? Seriously I just got a membership and a day later they make you wear masks when you work out. I am wanting a refund! Awful

The federal Centers for Disease Control recommends all people, regardless of vaccination status, wear face coverings in indoor, public settings in areas with “substantial” or “high” levels of community transmission. Cumberland County has substantial levels of community transmission. We wear masks right now to ensure the Y is safe and accessible for all.We've taken a cautious, measured approach throughout the pandemic, and this has kept our community safe. We will continue to do so. We do not support a particular political party or agenda, this is a safety issue. At the Y, everyone is required to wear a mask.
