I couldn't imagine anyone going here... The worse experience I ever had when asking for help! The way I was spoken to was completely uncalled for.

Frank has been our “Tax Guy†for over 20 years! Being self-employed for 26+ years, he helps me understand things while helping me to maximize deductions!
To prove that, I got a letter from the IRS back a number of years ago and they wanted the details to back up the information on the return.
End Result was NO Adjustment to my return!
Thank you very much!

I had been doing my own taxes for years without a hiccup until my daughters SS# was compromised and now I need to send in paper copies.
I called the office and explained why I couldn't efile and that I'd like to just drop my three years returns off and have them fill out the forms and send them in which I also explained again in office and they said "no problem, we can get to them end of this week beginning of next...a month or more later and when I called for another update I was told that they weren't done but they were filled out and ready to be efiled as soon as someone qualified could go over them (so someone unqualified was doing them???) anyways, so I explained again and was told "Well, we'll just try to do it electronically first and see, and if that doesn't work then we'll send them in...well ,they must no more than the IRS told me the 6 times I called.
This was just the cherry on top of what I thought was a few "miscommunications".
OH! And when I told them I was coming in to grab my stuff and take it elsewhere they called me a few hours later to tell me they weren't going to finish them so come grab them...aaaaah yeah! Again, that's what I already said, seems like another miscommunication or a you can't quit you're fired moment. I'm glad other people had a better experience but mine was a little ruff the whole way through with a rather unusual ending.

I always used to do my taxes myself using Turbo Tax, and always either had to pay in a small amount, or I got a small refund. The first year Bouchard & Associates did my return for me, I got over $2,000 back! And it was about the same the next year. This year, I got around $4,000 back. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, I recommend them to everyone!
