So they help me when I need it! None of the bad reviews are true been here countless times and when my primary wasn't in they had someone fill in for the time to make sure I'm taken care of. Don't listen to other reviews make sure you explain what you are dealing with and give the right details and they will do what's best. Awesome place would recommend to anyone

I used to love four seasons but I had to take them paper work so I can get my license back it had been suspended for a few months before I found out it had been suspended they had paperwork for about 3 weeks now and all of a sudden my Dr it out of the office I would highly recommend every one to leave that drs office they are no good and now took them too long to sign a pa so our son can stay on formula and baby foods he chokes on real food we have to go another day with not being able to get his formula or baby food bc wic is closing we have no money or food stamps to get any our selves four seasons dont care

I used to love Four Seasons, Truly couldnt recommend them enough to anyone seeking a primary care provider but they have greatly gone down hill. Most of the providers are new, dismissive of your concerns, and rush you out of your appointment. The last few times I went in I was made to feel very small when bringing up my concerns for my own health and well-being. I have officially changed providers.

My family and I have been going to four seasons family practice for years. This place has really gone down the drain. Staff members are rude on the phone and this is the 3rd occasion now where one of my children have been sick and I have called to follow up with a doctor and never get a call back. Please don't tell me at 8:30 in the morning that someone will get ahold of me right away and then they don't ever call. I reached out atleast 4 other times that same day and was told the same thing that a doctor would call back. 8hrs later still no call. My child is deathly sick and this establishment could care less. They have also missed diagnosed pneumonia for seasonal allergies when my child had all the symptoms of pneumonia. They prescribed my child an allergy medication. 3 visits too the er later and voila I was right my child had pneumonia. I will be finding a new family practice and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even my worst enemy. Especially if you care about you family go elsewhere.
