Im a 3 year customer, every visit, new purchases, accessorys & warranty, makes this Mattress Firm my one stop shop!
I can't say enough positive things about Mattress Firm. The store offers a fantastic selection of products that cater to a variety of needs. The staff was incredibly friendly, approachable and readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a person.

had a great experience here in January. walked in on way home as noticed the store and within 10 minutes had decided on a great midrange queen mattress (if $1100 is still considered midrange that is). got the whole deal, 50% off, free delivery, free adjustable frame. a week later it was delivered and installed. such a comfortable mattress and good deal I bought same one and deal when I returned to CA.
I came back here 2 weeks later to buy a seperate bed frame and also got a great deal. of note, I dealt with 3 different store managers over the 2-3 weeks I was here and they all were helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly service. Bought a mattress bed frame. Unfortunately none in stock so I have to wait 2-3 weeks before it gets delivered.
