We just met Mike new owner of park. Absloutely wonderful! There are no words to describe how dedicated he is to fixing up the park. Extremely generous and most willing to help achieve your goal purchasing a home with him. He is willing and open to any ideas you have for your home and lot. This park is going to be absolutely amazing when hes finished. Even made a nice walking trail in the woods for park residents. And his prices are extremely reasonable. We highly recommend him. Absolutely amazing !

Michael the new manager is working hard to improve this park, and making a really nice place to live. He has done a lot of work in this park I have lived in this park for my whole life, it went from a bad trailer park to a amazing park, Michael has delivered water to people when water pipes break, he had removed trees and tree stumps during the summer time, so once winter hit we wouldn’t have to worry about trees falling on our homes, he has removed unfit trailers from the park, and taking trailers that can be saved, and had completely done the inside and out making them affordable to live in, with new furnaces, chimneys, stair casings, fixing drive ways, and continuing to do many more improvements to this park with help from the people in the park. This is a loving family oriented park where everybody helps each other to maintain a great living place. I would recommend to people that ask about our park it’s a great place to live. The park management has also put down lots of black top roads to better the park.
