Great experience! Skip was very thorough. During his inspection of the house, he allowed me to tag along, explained his findings, and answered my questions. I received his report the day after the inspection, which surprised me! I wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround. All of my contacts with Skip has confirmed two things for me personally: Skip provides exceptional inspection services, and two, he's an outstanding individual with unmatched integrity. I was purchasing a house from across the country and relied almost entirely on Skip's inspection report. Frankly, his honesty and expertise is truly inspiring. He takes hundreds of pictures and provides a very clear, concise analysis -- much like a surgeon, except that his patient is the house under inspection. Indeed, I did not have to write this review. I'm doing it simply to spread the word about Skip, so that future homeowners will benefit like I did from Skip's services. In short, I'm truly grateful for his vast knowledge and friendly, responsive style in providing a very crucial service. Most importantly, he presented a very clear picture of the repairs needed and the costs to be incurred. Skip did a comprehensive home inspection along with a sewer scan and radon analysis. The home inspection report was very detailed along with pictures. Skip was very thorough. Very much appreciated. I had concerns after reviewing the inspection report and pictures. Skip took the time to go over the report and answer questions during a zoom meeting. Skip was very informative and knowledgeable. So happy to have chosen Skip to do my inspection! He worked with my schedule, has a great attitude, and, of course, is super knowledgeable! He has all sorts of special tools and cameras to ensure he can give the most thorough inspection possible. He was also happy to answer any questions we had, and explained things in a way it was very easy to understand. The written report was just as thorough, and highlighted the areas of concern very clearly with pictures. I also had him do the sewer inspection the same day and was very happy to kill two birds with one stone! Once again, he had all the necessary equipment and was happy to answer questions.
