      image Beware of these people and anyone they hire to broker a sale. Realtors kept shuffling around, the acreage advertised by them was a lie, would not make the time to meet properly. And then theres the serious, even deadly flaws left unremarked in the inspection done by their person. Including but not limited to: black mold, rodents, structural damage, electrical issues, gas-leaking and completely broken furnace, and more. When my friend noticed these problems and brought it to their attention that these were not disclosed in the inspection, they shrugged it off and offered to send a cleaner. Which they never did.
      Safer to handle the sale with your own people than to deal with liars and scammers at Progressive Realty.
