We worked with Camden Coast Real Estate, specifically Avary Otis, last summer. We were looking in a sought after area during a high demand period [and all with a VA loan] and had to be ready to act fast. Avary was spectacular and quickly won trusted advisor status. I can't imagine navigating some of the things we encountered with anyone else- Avary is incredibly knowledgeable, strategic, and a true client advocate. If we ever go through the buying/selling process again, a call to Avary will be the only one we make.
