Amazing service!!! We were on a road trip when our Jeep developed a wheel problem. They got us in immediately, ordered parts, completed the repair, and we back in the road in 2 hours. The entire staff was so awesome. Thank you!

Tore apart the inside plastic of my van on the right side and when I called about it they said they only worked on the right side. I told them that’s the side that has all the plastic pulled off. I mentioned my screw covers were missing and they claimed they were already missing. Then they hung up on me when I mentioned how they didn’t even order the correct part for my car because they didn’t even call the dealership to get the correct part numbers. He said he was trying to ‘find me a deal’ and as I was leaving my appointment Tyler stated to Terry he should have called the dealership to get the correct part and not the auto body store. He said the only way to fix my ac was to block off my lines with two $50 plugs and then labor would be around $200. I’m upset because I was hung up on and charged $55 for my car being ‘torn apart’ (that’s the words Tyler used when he said why he charged me $55 is because he tore apart my car and put it back together.) But he failed to put it back together. He left my car with pieces dangling throughout my interior. No offer was made to fix the plastic and put it back together instead he told me to come in and prove it. I will go in to have him ‘prove’ how he took the plastic off one spot without removing the seatbelt plastic and removing my screw covers. His dirty finger prints are ALL over where he touched. I will NOT fix this plastic myself because I am not going to be responsible for breaking the plastic clips they removed with tools to initially remove the plastic. Service: A/c installation & repair
