I needed home owners insurance and went to Peabody Insurance. I was greeted by warm and professional people who helped me get enough coverage at a fair price. Becky was my agent and she showed me different options and payment schedules. I was treated respectfully and courteously and would recommend them.

Sadly I had to switch my business insurance. Due to lack of communication and audits not being completed. They allowed one insurance company to charge my account $3,361.00
Then placed the blame upon me. It’s a simple phone call or email even a letter in the mail.
Not professional at all! Lack of respect for customers.

I recently changed both my auto & homeowners policy to FA Peabody. So glad I made the switch. Always better to buy local and the service is so much better than my prior insurers.
