I work in healthcare and the staff here is clueless. Sent referral for an 8 yr old to have postnasal space X-ray, 2 months later parents had not heard anything back. Resent the referral to be done urgently before scheduled appointment. Called to see if it was done and transferred to imaging. Whoever works the phones in imaging is completely unprofessional and pretty much straight up told me he could not help me. Tried to transfer me to scheduling to get an answer but the phone hung up because he doesn't have a clue what he is doing. Called scheduling. After going through this whole process, I am finally told that they do not schedule X-rays, they are walk in appointments apparently. So what did you do with our URGENT referral? Just throw it away?? Would it hurt to take a minute out of your day to call us up to let us know this is the case? 1 star because I can't give less. Customer service and competency in this "hospital" are terrible.
