Cheap motel, OK for the price: small but clean room, and good mattress.
We were lucky to have a room away from the road, so no noise issues.

I would stay at this bargain hotel again. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was on time and as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you need "new", don't stay here. If clean, comfortable and safe is enough, it's a great value.
Walkability: A mile from the train station on busy Route 1, you'll probably want a car.
