I switched to Martins Point several years ago and never looked back. Ive only had positive experiences.

I asked them to send a request for blood work to be done to Nordex Freeport twice and they promised me they took care of it but didnt. I took time off work twice only to find out when I got to nordex labs that they had nothing for me. This is incompetent of the highest level and I have to start thinking of moving doctors. Horrible horrible staff. If youre thinking of using martins point forget about it for your own sake!!

Not about their actual Staff and Doctor. Its their Generations advantage insurance plan. They are loophole jumping manipulating thieves. Their grievance department is inappropriate, non apologetic and rude too. I didnt want to change plans or doctors but how do I trust thieves?

Prescription refills are impossibly hard with non-controlled substances. Communication is poor and scheduling is a nightmare. Let's also not forget the massive Medicare fraud they engaged in.
