I recently took my vacuum cleaner in to be looked at and I was very impressed by the young man who was working on Saturday morning. He was very friendly and honest, took the time to test the motor before taking it in, just to make sure that they weren't wasting my time in case it wasn't something they couldn't fix. He texted the power in the hose and determined it was most likely one of the wires had come loose. They charged me a fee to take it in, which I gladly paid because it was a small fee, and I received a phone call on Monday morning telling me that it was fixed and there would be no further charges. I was so impressed with the young man's attitude, the way he represented the business, his honesty, and how friendly he was. Sometimes it's hard to find good customer service in today's world and I highly recommend Aerus for your water, air quality and vacuum needs.
