I have been a customer here for years! Reasonable, knowledgeable and efficient! I was aghast at the negative reviews! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else ! I even shop for my mom who lives in New Hampshire at All Brand Vacuum Brewer Maine!

Walked in to get a new hose for an old central vacuum, he had it in stock. Quick easy and very friendly.

Friendly guy that helped me. And surprisingly he actually seemed knowledgeable about his stuff. It's hard to find that in retail.

Went here to have the power switch fixed on my old Electrolux canister vacuum. Im a mechanic so obviously i tore into it the day before and bypassed the switch so i could use it. Everything inside the vacuum was in perfect working order (except for the switch). I put it all back together and dropped it off. They brought it to portland to fix and i told them i was only spending $150 on it. I stopped in a week later and they said it was going to cost $160. Its an antique vacuum and i should have known right off the bat when they said it was too far gone and if i wanted to throw it away, i should give it to them so they could use it for parts that they wanted it.. well, i told them my limit was $150 and just wanted it back. I got it back all right!! 2 weeks later because he (forgot to put it on the truck for two weeks)! The reel was broken and the screws were stripped in it, never even got the switch back, and the cord had been cut almost all the way through! Halfway to the plug! I got this vacuum from the original owner and it was in perfect condition! I mean PERFECT! I saw this when i was in there the day before. (I didnt tell them that) Now im getting back broken parts and im SURE its because they swapped out mine because i wouldnt give in to their repair price.. i will NEVER do business with them again! I understand some people give in and pay and have been pleased, i didnt give in and was screwed! Customer service was horrible! I cant believe i even have to give ONE star..
