I would never purchase a double wide from Showcase Homes of Maine. My boyfriend bought one and trying to get Tim at Showcase to do anything is like pulling teeth. It was excuse after excuse when it came to finishing the inside. The double wide sat on the pad for 2 months before anything was started inside. We are going on 3 months now and it's still not done. A section of the rug has a huge hump in it. Still waiting for guy to come fix it. Some of the molding still needs caulking. The textured ceiling looks like SH$!. And the worst thing is the brand new gas stove and dishwasher don't even work. Showcase hired a guy to do the groundwork and that's not finished either. There's still a huge hole that was never filled in and he plugged the culvert out front. When I called the guy about the hole his response was the rain must have washed it out. It was never touched. Stay away from this place at all cost.

Peter and the entire team at Showcase are all exceptional folks to deal with; friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. I could not recommend Showcase Homes more!

We had a great experience with Showcase Homes service team. Cory and Guy were great people to work with. Guy arrived on time and fixed everything on our list and taught us how to use some of the new conveniences.
