Came in for a haircut and waited for a gal to show up. When she did after 15 minutes of waiting, she rushed my haircut and left hair still on my neck. I live an hour and a half away and am disappointed to be taken care of so irresponsibly.

On saturday Dec 16, 2023 I went in with a hearing aid on so it gave the chance to explain that I do construction and didnt want others to see I wear them . She gave me a buzz cut cut and cut my burns to the top of the ear? My worst experience ever then after quickly cutting them asked is that good then says I cant make them longer.I will be going somewhere else from now on. Didnt do anything I asked and if my head were a balloon it would have popped 12 xs and told her it was hurting. Mike Larrabee

Had my hair and child's hair cut for my wedding, absolutely perfect. The only place I've found that I didn't need to go home and make "adjustments"

On Impulse I decided I really needed my hair cut today. My hair was getting extremely long, damaged, and caught in everything including itself. My regular stylist was not available so I came to the Brewer Smartstyle! I originally just wanted to give my hair a good healthy chop, but what's a good cut without a good color? I'm embarrassed to say Im not 100% sure, but I believe her name was Emily (sorry girl) seemed very excited to do foils for me to revamp my blonde. I enjoy a salon experience including the chats. We talked about dogs and she even shared a photo or 2 with me while we waited for the foils. The other girls in the salon were also very professional and personable with the clients they were working on! My stylist asked me each step of the way if I was happy and explained what she was doing which I appreciated. She kept the reveal a surprise (which I loved!) I was so happy with the end result, even the Walmart staff complimented me! I will definitely come again.
