Always pleasant and greeted with a smile. Very willing to make things easier and user-friendly especially during these Covid times. I've been a loyal customer there for over 15 years. I'm so sad to see this particular branch closing in May.

Today it took more than 15 minutes to withdraw cash, only 1 transaction., not even multiple. This isn't me complaining because I had to wait in line at the drive thru, this is after it was acknowledged that I was in their drive thru. I'm not sure if the teller was new but I did watch vehicles drive up after me and leave!!!

They don't even acknowledge you when you drive up, there are currently 4 staff members in there. Always sit here and wait, the least you can do is acknowledge I'm here and tell me it's going to be a wait. Taking my money else where
