I've been going there for years. Honest, trustworthy service, which is hard to come by. Never had a problem with them, they know what they are doing.

This guy is terrible. Not poor-fair, just plain poor. I had my car towed to his shop eight days ago with what appeared to be a timing belt issue. After telling me he would get right to it, he put me off for three full days before even touching the car. on the sixth day I called AGAIN to check on the car and he told me that there was a stuck bolt that he couldn't remove and I'd have to tow the car to another garage to get that bolt removed before he could even diagnose the problem. I (stupidly) said I'd give him one last chance to get the bolt out before towing away as I figured he'd be too embarrassed to not finish and I'd finally get my car back. I called the next afternoon (since he didn't call me in the morning as he had promised) only to find out that he still hadn't been able to remove the bolt and that he couldn't do anything else. I arranged to have the car towed to another garage. When I called over to make sure it was ready to go he told me that I owe him $100 for being unable to remove that bolt for two hours and that he wouldn't release the car until I paid. When I went to his shop to arrange to get my car out he not only insisted I pay the $100, but also blamed it on his wife! I paid the $100 extortion fee and will now bring my car to a mechanic that can get the job done. I figure after 8 days of missed work, cab rides, running around to borrow vehicles, etc., I am out at least a few hundred dollars on top of the $100 that they stole from me. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with ANY business- don't make the same mistake!
