Bingham Area Dental Center

December 9 2021 Have been going there for ten or more years and presented an insurance card at each visit and when I left was told I was all set then this month I had an appointment at 7 AM went to my appointment and out of the blue receptionist says I cant take a seat until I pay her at least 600 dollars of a 800 dollar bill with no explanation except it was an old bill really i have never received any correspondence or a phone call telling me My insurance did not approve yet each I arrived I was told I was all set felt like an idiot if I had known i would have paid cash as I went have tried contacting them but no response. needless to say I am not paying without some explanation.

The dental staff at the clinic are all awesome and make you feel comfortable about the treatment. I would highly recommend them

Dr. Diamond was great, Dr. Parent is awesome, Dr. Melnick is AWFUL! He was a condescending jerk to me. I left feeling very defeated and never got the work done that I went in for. The work that BOTH Dr. Diamond and Dr. Parent seemed to think was very routine. Melnick just isn't very good and I will be sure to specify when I go that I do NOT want to see him again! I would give 1 star but the assistant, secretary and hygenist are all fantastic so they get 3 stars.
