Completely trashed almost all of the time, can barely walk through to use the storage units and have to move other peoples items back and forth to be able to fit into the storage you pay for.
GREG, the older dude that's in charge, put his body and arms all over my 51 year old mother while she was sitting in one of the rentals trying to show him an issue with the gas gauge. She couldnt get out of the vehicle because he blocked her way. She had to physically move him off of her lap so she could exit the van and on top of that, he then continued to rudely say to my mom how gas gauges move when people use them. Like she doesn't know, OBVIOUSLY! Treated my mother with absolute disrespect and sexist comments. The young dude with dark hair is also extremely rude and will over charge or inaccurately calculate miles and gas amounts. When you try to tell him of things that is his job to take care of he sticks his nose in the air and will ignore you as if you said something that offended him.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.
