Id strongly recommend choosing Sullivan Tire for your vehicles servicing. I was told to drop my vehicle off first thing in the AM to have my brakes replaced (rotors/pads). I did as such & got a call before noon saying its done. Joe was extremely professional & courteous. Even in a noreaster storm, I was planning to walk home after dropping off my vehicle. After a moment of persistence, I accepted Joes offer of being shuttled home. He even arranged to have me picked up to come get my vehicle. I sincerely appreciated Joe wanting to ensure my safety. Id strongly recommend Sullivan Tire based off my experience!

I have worked in Customer Service in several industries.
Communication with the customer and overall Customer service is outstanding. As good as LL Bean which is saying a lot. Take your car here and whatever it is it will be done right. Very upbeat and positive staff. Give your business to local shops even if it costs a few pennies more.

It was only something as simple as a State inspection, but the workers at Sullivan Tire in Biddeford, Maine still made me feel like I'm the most important customer they have. I will always trust my automotive maintenance needs to them. Thanks!
