Nordx failed to code my claim correctly when billing my insurance Company. I contacted them to resubmit the claim they failed to comply with my request. As a result my claim was sent to collections.

Everyone I go there are computer issues and a ridiculous wait time. Unless you work nights or unemployed the collection hours of 7:30 am to noon is also ridiculous. Not a fan and I am actively seeking a better place to go.
