It's clean, has snack machines, a quarter treat machine, a change machine, soap supplies, and a sitting area while you wait. You can also pay, per lb, to have your laundry washed and folded.

Ive come to Booms several times throughout the last two years. We have used your wash and fold services and I also do laundry here on my own. The owner and his wife are lovely people and it truly pains me to write this, but today was the last straw. There is a snow storm currently and upon walking in, there is an extremely rude and unwelcoming sign as soon as you walk in about cleaning shoes. When I read it I felt that the same message can be conveyed without the insulting undertones, it truly felt like a sign you would see in a corrections facility. I wrote it off as this must have been an issue so the sign needed to be that blunt. I stopped at the mat and I was stomping my boots on it to ensure all of the snow was off when all of a sudden I was yelled at by the women working there (she has rainbow colored hair) Dont bring snow in here!!! I literally had nothing left on my boots, I told her sorry I thought I had gotten it all off. She just walked the other way. While other clients were just staring because it was so unnecessary and rude. Is this how you want your customers to feel? Instead of being greeted with hello! You get a rude sign and a women yelling? I was really upset and embarrassed because I am a respectful and professional person and it felt terrible to be spoken to this way. This woman has yelled at me before months ago and I let it go. I was folding my laundry one day and a dryer sheet must have fallen out of something I was folding and she ran over and said, dont leave your garbage for others to pick up. Honestly, before I leave I always do a once over and leave things the way that I found them. The funny thing is- I was still there today when the owner and his wife came back and it was like a light switched for her, she proceeded to be nice to everyone while in the owners presence. This will be my last visit here. Treat the clients that are actually disrespecting your business that way, but dont have someone working there that assumes everyone is a bad client. She is miserable and not a good representation of the business you have built. We are paying customers who respect your establishment, I cannot believe that she thinks this is appropriate way to speak to people.

This is a very nice place.. Very clean and very adorable...I like it there it's my new place to do laundry.
