I cant imagine someone writing a bad review about Craig and Belfast Jewelry. The customer service was top notch and if that wasnt enough there is a wonderful dog , Ranger, on sight. Dog owners make the best business owners.

Craig carefully and patiently helped me look at multiple items to find just the right one for a milestone birthday present. We discussed budget upfront so that he could show me items that were within my range of comfort, and discussed different options that may meet what I was looking for. There were so many beautiful items, I look forward to returning to shop for myself in the future!

I brought in two gold bracelets and a watch for repair and was surprised to find that they would be sent out instead of repaired onsite. But I decided to take a chance and had them sent off. I received a quote for repair on the bracelets of $460 which I felt was beyond reasonable and a quote for $230 for the watch. I requested that all items be returned and was charge $25 for shipping. I then brought the items to a jeweler who fixed both bracelets for $24.50 and the watch for $10...OUTRAGEOUS! Don't believe their ads. They seem to be paying for them in a most dishonest manner. I had high hopes for a local, honest jeweler and was woefully disappointed.
