Dianne has taken care of booking airplane flights and hotels so we could leave our car for extended time . She also booked us our hotels in Venice and Athens that were top of the line ..service was exceptional . She also made suggestions for local tours in both cities that were very nice . Also got us an upgrade on our cabin on the cruise ship . Will be using her for all our future travel plans .

My husband and I couldnt have been more pleased with the level of care we received from Diane at Off On Vacation. Traveling in the age of Covid wasnt easy for anyone, and Diane definitely kept things real with us. When she realized we werent going to be able to go where we initially wanted, she came back with a destination that was even better. And we had the experience of a lifetime! Were so grateful for Diane and intend to use her for every trip we plan in the future. What a life changing experience!

We can not rave enough about Diane Bean. This was our first out of County trip with two little ones and my anxiety was high. Diane took time to go over all options, sharing experiences and knowledge to help make the best decision. She was also available and responsive which was so important to us. We never had to deal with any changes or updates to our travel arrangements bc Diane did it all! We have recommended her to our family & friends. Thanks to her we will have wonderful ( stress free) memories to last a lifetime.
