I would give 0 stars if possible. Just called to ask about taxes, refiling, didn't even get that part out and an incredibly rude man answered the phone and told me to call someone else and hung up on me. Will be taking my business (personal taxes and business taxes) somewhere else. There is no excuse for anyone to be that rude to a customer.
