        Under the ownership of Laura Peppard and Melissa Chaiken, the Fiddlehead experience astounded! It is a rare establishment that welcomes and serves its guests so warmly, as if the closest of friends. Dietary needs were asked for and accommodated thoughtfully. The entire serving team attended to us and the full house, never missing a beat. The relaxed pace blessedly maximized the date night opportunity. The food was incredible, every detail perfected. Kitchen staff deserves the highest praise. Bittersweetly, we wish Laura and Melissa farewell, and we hope the new owners can carry the legacy forward and maintain this level of excellence, what we believe to be Bangor's best fine dining.
