Internet is EXTREMELY unreliable. One minute I am in a zoom meeting and everything is fine, and within 25 mins, the connection shuts down and I disconnect. Also, the routers that were given are acting exactly like the dinosaurs that I had when I was a kid. The signal BARELY reaches outside the room that they are put in. All in all, we have tried everything to improve the connection that we have, and it's never worked the way we have wanted.

Refusing to fix noise on phone line. They know the problem, the cause and the only solution, but expect us to pay more for fiber optic instead of fixing it. Seems to me that if it’s their problem and the only solution is to upgrade, they they should give us the upgrade at no additional cost

Otelco really dropped the bomb o n repairs in burlington on 1st dec as many people without phone and length of time hope people without cells have no emergency

I work at a school and our phones went down... I called otelco several times to get someone out here to fix the problem and they have not assisted at all. Nobody from their company will help resolve the problem. It has been two months without a phone.
Really bad service.
