Never follows through with order, always messes up doctor and medical records. My insurance makes me buy from them! Horrible!!!

I was sent there by my doctor after being prescribed a CPAP. These guys set me up with a machine that was apparently paid for by my insurance but somehow vaguely described to me by Coastal Med Tech which conned me into paying for their monthly services that I never once used (who wants to pay $15 for a tiny filter when you can buy it online for the same price in a bag of 100?). I thought I was paying for my device, and at cancellation these guys refused to reimburse me for anything.
Anyways, I gave them a second chance and went back in to order a new hose and nose pillow for my device. They said since it had been over a year they needed a new prescription from my PCP. Good... waited 2 months and didn't hear anything from them. Went back in and told them about everything and they had no record of me going in so they cited the same thing as they were setting me up. I'm sitting here after 3 months and have not heard anything from them.
They conned me, and can't even take my money when I walk in there to get new supplies and on top of that they tried to set me up for a "consultation" with their technician as I'm sure I would have had to pay for that even though I just want a new hose and nose pillow. What kind of place is this? How are they still in business? Probably preying on elderly people who are easy to take advantage of. I'm going elsewhere.

Horrible service. My doctor sent a script to them twice, and they never contacted me about anything he prescribed . I tried calling several times, and get no answer. People need their supplies and yet we get literally nothing. Tell your doctor to use any other suppliers.
