Girl at front counter I think works for security is a nutcase. Thinks it's ok to insult you and scream at you but I don't have any rights. Asked a question to my sister. She didn't like the question and thinks she has the right to scream at me. Shes security. They should screen their employees much more carefully. Shes a time bomb. If you have a bad experience with the nutcase please complain to the hospital

Been in emergency room hallway since 10am. It’s now 1:10 and we continue to sit. My 84 year old mom has a splitting headache, blurred and double vision. She is visible shaking and so we continue to wait. Do not come here for medical care!

I had a truly miserable experience with this hospital's sleep center. I am in need of a CPAP to help with severe apnea. It took two months to schedule an appointment. Then, two days before I was to travel 200 miles for my overnight appointment, I was told St. Joseph's had a CPAP recall. The scheduler said they were "not doing CPAP titrations" but that I should still show up for a diagnostic sleep study. The billing department then called me to demand a $500 copay (my insurance company had already confirmed that the copay was $100). It turned out the diagnostic study was redundant and not needed. Three months later, I still don't have a CPAP and have no idea when I'll get one. To add insult to injury, I just received a "past due" bill for $500 from Covenant Health, the McHospital company that owns St. Joseph's. This is my second experience getting a CPAP. The previous one was handled competently, I got my CPAP within a few weeks. This experience with St. Joseph's has been a disaster. I would never use this hospital again nor would I use any Covenant McHospitals.
