I worked for this company for 2 years. Just want to put a few red flags on here for future employees who are considering joining this company. MAS sees you as disposable. They do not value you as an employee. You are just there to make their money. Some of the facilities they contract with have mean nurses that will tear you apart ,just because (hence why they need staffing in the first place)... MAS will not stand up for your employee rights or disabilities and allow the toxic staff in these already toxic facilities to run you into the ground that already ran their own employees out because of poor management. MAS will refuse to allow you to dispute DNRs with the facilities. So you will be taking all the responsibility and be at fault for the toxic behavior of others in these facilities even if you are not at fault. When you work for MAS you have to do your best at your job and do better than some of the workers in other facilities because they will tear you up like fresh meat. You can be great at your job but unfortunately there are just very unkind people in this field. There is a double standard for agency employees because you are expected to do a better job than employees in other facilities and don't have employee rights with MAS . You are only disposable to them . No matter how good of an employee you are. This company will not see your value as an employee nor give you the opportunity for growth.

I have worked here per diem for the last few months. I am able to pick up shifts as I want, and there's zero pressure to pick up overnights or weekends, or holidays. I repeat there is zero minimum weekend or overnight or holiday hours needed. I like the staff and have found the homes I work in to be appreciative of us being there. Check them out if you're looking for a side hustle for sure!
