        After promising us that the purchase and installation of our carpet for our home office would take 4-6 weeks; here we are 9 weeks later and still no carpet. Just a rude phone call from a staff member while they sit on our $1100 . Telling us that they are not going to refund us without a 35% restocking fee. Telling me that the reason they have not stayed true to their commitment to our order is because they chose to do commercial orders before ours. We thought we would pay that little bit more to a smaller company to show our support and now we really regret trusting them and paying our money. Update they now say that they will refund us in full.

        My husband and I went to Carpet One and asked if they stretched carpeting and they said they did. However, they didn't get back to us so I called them. The man said he would check the reason out and get back to me. All I wanted was the job done. The first person told me it would cost between 3 and 4 hundred dollars. We didn't care, we wanted it fixed. But they didn't get back to us either! They have a great place but they evidently only do jobs that don't require much work. They could have at least said they didn't have time instead of just ignoring us!

Our installations are scheduled based on the expected material arrival, but regrettably, there were delays in the shipment of the products. Consequently, we had to reschedule the job. Our commitment is to provide outstanding service to every customer, and to address the inconvenience caused, we offered the option to either promptly reschedule the installation or provide a full refund. We acknowledge that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion, and given the chance, we hope to serve you better in the future.
