Want my review? In 2003 my Mother was killed in a hospital known as EMMC by an anesthesiologist who I will not name for slander reasons. Not that I doubt my own findings and there very basic and simple proof that Mr. Goldsmith here could not use to right the wrong. On the day of her death she was supposed to have a very simple procedure and never even made it into surgery. When then doctor came into the room to tell us what had happened to the Mother of two teenage sons, she was hysterical saying and I quote, " we messed up, that wasn't supposed to happen, something went terribly wrong." Now even with this very stern and upfront admittance of guilt Mr. Goldsmith could not in fact prove any sort of negligence. He was short in the proceedings, did what I would certainly say was inadequate at best in his fact findings. To top all of this lunacy off he was about as unsympathetic during the process as one can be. I will never truly know or understand how on earth this man messed up such a simple thing that he dragged out for three plus years but he did. It was not about the money although I am sure my Brother and I really could have used it to better ourselves in college in her name but the fact that the man who killed her was not brought to the justice he so deserved. A man who should have never been in the operating room that day due to his criminal record he ascertained at another hospital and fired with prejudice due too. I would never in a million years if justice is what you want recommend this snake.
