We ordered a water softener for our home a few years back. When we bought it we were told they would come back once a year to test the water and do a check on the system. Since we bought it we have never had anyone call us to do that service and I called a few times and left voicemails requesting that service to never hear a word back. Our house burned down last year and we needed the water softener hooked back up. The plumber came, spent a half hour here hooking it up ( we had already paid a plumber to do most of their work) but they still charged us the $500 for the work that should have taken 3-4 hours to do. Our plumber had already been paid to do most of it. This was after the office gave us a quote of $500, then when the rep came he told us it would be &600. He knocked the extra 100 off after we questioned why one person said 500 and he said 600. That day he again said he would be back in 2 weeks to check the water again, once again, a no show and had to call today and request someone to come. I’m over it. All they want is to take your money, and not do what they are supposed to. Will never use them for another thing again, except the service yearly if we can get them to even do that. Would have given zero stars if I could have!

Steve McCoy from the Aerus office in Augusta came out to test our well water yesterday, since we were getting a high iron content, with orange water each spring when we opened our lake house. Steve spent over an hour with us, evaluating our water, and giving advice on how to shock our well.
I was expecting a sales pitch for an expensive water treatment system, but Steve said our present spun polypropylene filter system is working fine, but we need to treat the well with chlorine each year to combat bacterial iron. He gave us a free sample of chlorine pellets, and detailed instructions on how to shock the well.
Afterwards, when I asked what the charge was, he said no charge, the evaluation is free, and we don't need any work. I was most pleased with his professionalism, courtesy, and good advice. I would certainly recommend him to any of our neighbors who have water problems.

Couldnt say enough good things about the Augusta Aerus office. They helped us fix our water problems. The one time something was a concern they contacted use immediately and had someone to our house in two days! Amazing service.

I have been an Aerus Customer for over 15 years. I have the water conditioner, Beyond Air, and Vacuum. I love all the products! The Augusta office, has been very helpful, through the sales, and service process. High recommended!
